Joseph Kran has approximately 30 years of high-profile experience in Organizational Analysis, Leadership Assessment and Development, Career Transition and Executive Recruitment in a wide variety of industries, both domestic and international.
Prior to founding OI Partners - Gateway International, Joe held Senior Human Resources positions with Lockeed, Hoffman-LaRoche and Concurrent Computer Corporation. His responsibilities included running HR functions in the US, Western Europe and the Far East.
Joe earned his MBA from Monmouth University, MA from Temple University and BA from California State University at Sonoma. He is also the author of “How to Find the Job You Want at the Salary You Deserve.”
He lives with his wife, Susan, and their three children in New Jersey.
