Susan Ruhl is managing partner of OI Partners - Innovative Career Consulting, Inc. in Denver. ICC provides career transition services as well as organizational development solutions to corporations in the Denver area. With more than two decades of operational and management experience, Susan has developed a sharp eye for how businesses get bloated with inefficiencies, cross-purposes and miscommunication — and how they can re-tool for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused organization. As an entrepreneur who quickly built her own successful business, she also empathetically helps other business leaders to discover the power of their team. Previously, Susan held the position of Director of Financial Operations for Resnik Partners, a Career Partners International firm. In this position, she had extensive client company contact in regards to both career transition and organizational development. As a financial professional, she brings a broad experience in all aspects of consulting including accounting, auditing and financial management to her clients.
