The Co-Managed™ approach is based on a close participant and consultant collaboration, where they jointly determine the relative value of specific outplacement services chosen from a menu of services.
These elective services supplement a foundation curriculum which includes the basics of the job search process - transition and career assessment, job search design, company research, networking, resume production, and interviewing techniques. The participant and the consultant initiate and co-manage the job search process to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. The flexible nature of the Co-Managed Individual System™ produces outplacement services where content, duration, and service profile will provide the maximum value, and satisfaction, to the participant.
