Assessing Leadership Behaviors
FS&F coaches are certified in a number of leading assessment instruments. They identify strengths and challenges in current and future leadership requirements. We also identify key individual, or energy, drivers. Specific roles can be assessed against the same behaviors
The key to getting value from the assessment process is the depth of experience the coach has in analyzing and presenting the feedback. FS&F coaches have years of experience in interpreting and presenting the assessment results in a way that connects to each individual.
