Cindy brings a wealth of business acumen and coaching expertise developed through twenty years of extensive marketing, management and consulting experience. She has worked throughout North America, Asia, and Europe, with 3 years in London.
Her leadership development background includes entrepreneurial ventures as well as larger organizations such as AT&T Broadband, Bank of America, CH2M Hill, GE Access, MONY Realty Capital, Pinnacol Assurance, Sun Microsystems and Wild Oats Markets. Early in her career she held management positions at Head Sports, Samsonite and Claritas UK. Clients describe her as extremely savvy, intuitive and genuine. She is known for facilitating with an innate ease, intuitiveness and directness that gets individuals and teams communicating at a deeper, more productive level than they have previously experienced.
Cindy obtained a BS in Advertising form the University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She earned her coaching certification through the rigorous Coaches Training Institute and is an authorized facilitator for the Team Diagnostic Process. Cindy maintains a private practice, Insight Edge, is an active member of Social Venture Partners, part of Naturally Boulder's Education Committee, and is Board President for The Family Learning Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to lifelong learning and economic self-sufficiency for families of diverse cultures and limited incomes.

BETH RONSICK, Senior Leadership and Team Coach
Beth is an experienced coach, trainer and facilitator. Her 13-year corporate background in the New York and Asia/Pacific advertising industries has given her a unique framework of communication, problem-solving, and intercultural experience to bring to her passion for developing people.
As a coach, Beth uses provocative questions, emotional intelligence, unbiased feedback, and a healthy dose of accountability to help employees grow and perform optimally. She enjoys guiding clients through transition periods and specializes in helping senior executives to find their own signature leadership styles, as well as helping them to build trusting, influential relationships with their peers and teams.
As a trainer and facilitator, Beth is known for her capacity to hold a group's vision while simultaneously moving them toward concrete, actionable results. She has taught executives from more than 25 countries in areas of leadership, presentation skills, creativity, career self-management and branding. She has also taught seniors and Master's candidates as an Associate Professor for the University of Missouri-Columbia's School of Journalism.
Beth spent seven of the last 10 years in Asia. Most recently, she ran a coaching and consulting practice in Shanghai for four years, where she worked with both Chinese and Western executives and entrepreneurs. Prior to Shanghai, she spent three years in Hong Kong working for advertising giant Ogilvy & Mather as the regional manager of training and people development for 5,000+ employees across Asia/Pacific, including China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. In this role, she created and delivered training programs, tools and strategies to grow and retain top talent.
Before her transition to coaching and training, Beth was an award-winning advertising copywriter for Chiat/Day and Ogilvy in New York on brands including IBM, Reebok, American Express, Kodak and Unilever. Beth holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has Myers-Briggs Accreditation. She maintains a private coaching practice in Denver.

KERM HAMILTON, M.Ed., Senior Leadership and Transition Coach
Kerm works with individuals and teams in facilitating sustained change through conscious choices. Kerm has a passion for developing talent, skills, self-awareness and performance in people and organizations. He has assisted hundreds of clients with their professional and personal development through individual coaching/counseling sessions and group training/facilitation to deliver the most current methods for job search and career transition.
Prior to launching his own consultancy, Kerm spent 26 years as a manager in the telecommunications industry. Twenty-two of those years were spent in human resources, with significant responsibilities ranging from hiring to firing, and most hands-on HR functions. Challenging assignments include supervising a staff of 38 employees, in 11 different states and being a member of a management team that successfully negotiated a groundbreaking collective bargaining agreement covering over 40,000 union employees. These experiences make him more than just another consultant.
Kerm holds a BA in Psychology and a Master's in Education from Western Washington University. Kerm maintains a private coaching practice and is a Certified Life and Career Transition Coach through the Hudson Institute. He has certification as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner (INFJ) and is a certified Quality Consultant with Qualtec. Kerm has attended the Harvard Law School - Program on Negotiation, the University of Michigan Business School, and the NTL Institute.

KELVIN SOUTHARDS, M.Ed., Senior Leadership Coach and Organizational Development Consultant
Kelvin leverages his deep understanding of building effective teams, change management, organizational systems and leadership development to dissect and resolve very complex individual and organizational problems. Throughout 15 years of experience his passion for helping others develop goals and objectives has provided value and understanding to organizations.
Kelvin has partnered with a wide variety of industries, functions and organizational structures. He has also held senior level positions as the Organizational Development and Human Resources professional with The Sports Authority, Colorado Springs Utility and MCI WorldCom. Further, as a talented consultant and independent business owner, he has also partnered with a wide variety of organizations in the finance, hospitality, telecommunications, utilities, petroleum, and gas industries.
Kelvin holds a Masters of Education with an emphasis in Organizational Development, Performance and Change and Human Resources from Colorado State University. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Kelvin earned his certification in the Lominger LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT(R) Suite of Assessments. He is the President of a non-profit Governance Board responsible for setting strategic plan for funding, staffing and facilities.

MARYANNE WANCA-THIBAULT, Ph.D., Organizational Development Consultant and Senior Leadership Coach
Maryanne has over 20 years’ experience as an Organizational and Leadership Development Consultant, Executive Business Coach, and Educator. She works with key stakeholders across industries to create long-term strategy and comprehensive metrics for maximizing "people potential" and developing successful leaders. Maryanne uses a communication-based methodology to help organizations successfully navigate the complexities of change and integrate business strategy, culture and organizational effectiveness. She has extensive experience in executive needs assessment and analysis, conflict resolution, executive coaching, and team building in both publicly and privately held organizations.
Maryanne has a Doctorate in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a recognized communication scholar and practitioner. She is currently adjunct faculty and helps design curriculum for Regis University.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience in business development, general management and human resources as an executive in International Fortune 500 Companies, hi tech start- ups, and as the President/CEO of a successful start-up corporation.
The focus of his corporate and consulting experience has been in addressing effectiveness for organizations, teams, and individuals. His work includes conducting organizational assessments as the basis for aligning available competencies and processes with the organization’s goals and strategies. He has designed and delivered a wide variety of services including Leadership skills, Change Management, Career Management, Executive Coaching, Behavioral Interviewing, Diversity Training, and Conflict Resolution.
Mike is certified by the HR certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources(SPHR). His undergraduate degree is in Philosophy and he has an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Society for Human Resource Management. MEGAN LAND, Senior Leadership and Transition Coach
Megan partners with individuals and groups to heighten their knowledge and drive organizational excellence. She creates a link between training and a corporation’s mission, bottom line and business results. Through customization and reading her audience, Megan creates a sense of purpose for participants and draws parallels between vision and day-to-day work.
As a trainer, coach and program and curriculum designer, Megan has conducted hundreds of interventions in a variety of work environments. The bulk of Megan's facilitating experience has been within the retail and restaurant industries, most recently with Einstein Noah Restaurant Group as the Training Communications Director. Prior to her restaurant experience, Megan reviewed several marketing and communications programs in the telecommunications industry as she held management positions.

DIANE KESSEL KNIGHT, Senior Leadership Coach
Diane is a results-oriented consultant and coach with more than three decades of experience in guiding teams and individuals to improved performance. Her 25 years in the hospitality industry, in both operations and human resources leadership roles, give her tremendous insight into the leadership skills required to be successful in environments of rapid growth and change. She also understands the challenges associated with consistently demonstrating these skills and achieving bottom line results. As a consultant, she works across a variety of industries where she is quickly able to understand organizational and team dynamics and adapt herself to fit the culture and the needs of the business.
As a coach, Diane partners with her clients to help them to unlock their potential for creative problem solving. She challenges assumptions that keep people stuck in old patterns and frees them up to see new and different perspectives. She builds trust and rapport easily and has been described as both energetic and purposeful, enabling people to see the full scope of their talents, while remaining truly focused on the desired outcome of the coaching process.
