2012 Hiring for H.E.A.R.T. Program.
Because ICC provides executive search services to Denver’s leading corporations, we know that the true value of an organization is its people. We also know that people are the heart of community citizenship. We feel honored to be in a position to give back to our community by donating one executive search annually to a charitable organization.
Program Overview
Innovative Career Consulting, Inc. will be accepting submissions from registered charitable organizations that require the assistance of a search firm to recruit for an executive level role within their organization.
Each year we will select a charitable organization that shares our values, and that requires a key executive role to be recruited to their organization. All submissions will be held and evaluated in strict confidence.
