Lynn C. Jackson

Over the course of her twenty-nine year career, Lynn Jackson has been actively involved in Career Management Consulting, Staffing/Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, & Training. Her corporate experience includes ten years as Vice President of Client Services for Russell Montgomery/OI Partners, Inc., the world’s largest career consulting partnership. Lynn works with companies in assisting displaced employees in crafting the next phase of their careers. Before joining Russell, Montgomery, Lynn was a District Manager for Randstad Staffing Services, an international staffing firm. She began her career in sales and marketing as an Account Manager for The Quaker Oats Company.

Lynn has Bachelor degrees in English and Psychology from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest IL and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.

Lynn has provided coaching to individuals who are invested in ongoing professional growth and development.  Her coaching has helped executives, managers and supervisors achieve advancement, prevent career derailment, increase productivity, communicate effectively, organize with efficiency, and improve interpersonal skills.

Lynn has served on the Board of Directors for the Memphis chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Board of Directors for The Memphis Oral School for the Deaf and chairperson of the New School Committee and Public Relations Committee.  Lynn is also President of the local chapter of the NAAAHR, National Association of African Americans in Human Resource and former newsletter editor and a member of the Board of Directors for Network of Memphis. Lynn has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the Germantown Chamber of Commerce, as chairperson for the Small Business Council. Other memberships include: American Society of Training and Development, Career Masters Institute, and Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches and. Lynn is also a Fellow Practitioner of the Institute of Career Certification International.
