Mary Ann Gontin

Mary Ann is the owner of Cunis & Gontin, a human resources consulting firm in Danbury, Connecticut.

With a combination of both corporate and independent human resources consulting work, Mary Ann has over 20 years professional experience in this field. She has worked in the consumer goods, manufacturing and financial services industries. Her main areas of expertise were first in employee benefits and compensation and then grew to a more strategic organizational human resources position.

At Cunis & Gontin, Mary Ann has developed an expertise in coaching, transition planning and management in addition to her outplacement counseling. She has a B.A. degree in Psychology from Montclair State University and attended graduate business school at the University of Connecticut.

In addition, Mary Ann is committed to a number of community organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Rye Youth Council and the Rye Babe Ruth League in her hometown.
