We are the oldest outplacement and career
transition company in northern Fairfield County,
Connecticut. Charles Cunis co-founded the
company in 1986 and entered into formal partnership
with Mary Ann Gontin in 1997. Our growth and
service to corporations has been local and
national. As an owner managed company, we
take pride in our proven ability to provide
personal, individualized coaching and care
to those who are entrusted to us. Our flexibility
and proven expertise allows us to support
all levels of employees including Presidents,
Vice Presidents and Directors, Managers, Professionals,
Administrators and Production Workers.
Our
outplacement services
are used not only by companies in northern
Fairfield and Westchester Counties but also
companies located in the southern parts of
both counties who have many employees living
near us. Companies have found that when people
lose their jobs they prefer to use outplacement
services closer to their homes rather than
near their former employer.
We
have the privilege of partnering with numerous
local companies to assist them in a variety
of ways. We serve as a resource for our clients
to discuss strategy and practical implementation
of necessary company changes. Our services
have supported many companies in need of specific
additional human resources support.
Our
staff has been together as a team since 1987
and 1990. Not only do we provide services
to our clients in Connecticut and nearby New
York, we have also been instrumental in contributing
to the growth of OI Partners. Our staff has
served on OI Partners' Board of Directors,
as well as in several divisions and project
management.
