Our services begin with providing support to clients as soon as a decision is made to terminate an employee. We discuss how and when the notification will me made, provide guidance based on our years of experience on what should be said and then, jointly with the client, decide what level of outplacement support will be provided. When there is a number of employees that will be terminated we offer to meet with all the managers that will be handling the notifications. At that time we discuss the process, emphasize their company's policies to be followed and, most importantly, how best to treat all involved with dignity.
