R. Whitcomb Blakeley
Founder and principal of CMR, Whit has over 28 years experience in
corporate outplacement and executive career management consulting to
some of the largest organizations in the Southeast. He has innovated
some of the services that are now industry standards, and continues to
provide close support and highly-effective programs for organizations
such as: Siemens, BellSouth, Quebecor World, Schwan's, Krupp Polysius,
Georgia-Pacific, Kimberly-Clark, Yamaha, Mitsubishi, Hoshizaki, Comcast,
Merrill Lynch and others. In addition, Whit is an active or a former
Board member of several corporations and prominent non-profit
organizations, including: Boys and Girls Clubs, Prevent Child Abuse
Georgia, Camp Fire USA, Woodruff Arts Center and Georgia 100.
Kathy Booe-Kiser
Vice President for CMR responsible for all Talent Management
programs, including Coaching and Leadership Development. Kathy is
herself an accomplished Executive Coach at CMR. Kathy previously held
several VP- level positions in Finance, IT and Business Processes at
Siemens Energy and Automation, Inc. With 25 years of business
experience in a variety of functional areas, Kathy’s coaching and
leadership development approach is based on real life experience and
pragmatic knowledge. She partners with clients to identify their goals,
create action plans and supports clients in executing to achieve the
desired results. Kathy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management
and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has actively participated
on several small business boards in the Atlanta area. Kathy is a
graduate of Coach U’s Core Essentials Coaching Program and a member of
the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Jacqueline Tyser
Vice President of Client Services for CMR, Jacqueline is responsible
for service delivery to our career transition and talent management
clients. Prior to joining CMR spent over 20 years in Human Resources
and Training for BellSouth, and as a Senior Consultant for ODR in human
performance development and change management. Clients such as Merck,
Pfizer, Alegent Health, and New York Presbyterian Hospital, recognized
her outstanding performance. Additionally, Jacqueline has facilitated
strategic planning sessions and process-improvement projects with
clients such as Deloitte & Touche, Brown University, BellSouth,
Cingular and the National American Lung Association. As recognized by
her clients as an excellent communicator, she converses in a manner that
is open direct and easily understood. She is influential in presenting
ideas and recommendations in such a way to win others over to the
“improvement” point of view. When you have Jacqueline Tyser on a project
you have a high-energy resource that drives for results to improve
business processes and human performance characterized by enhanced
efficiency, quality and integrity.
Dr. Dennis Ghyst, PHR
Dr. Ghyst is a Senior Project Consultant for CMR and has over 25
years of corporate, independent, and academic experience facilitating
leadership, career transition, communication skills, team building,
diversity, emotional intelligence, and stress management/ personal
resilience workshops and courses. He has designed training curricula and
conducted training and coaching sessions for all levels of employees,
facilitating numerous management seminars for the USDA Graduate School
and CDC. His responsibilities also have included over 12 years of
management counseling/training for Career Management Resources and Lee
Hecht Harrison. Dennis received his Ph.D. in Sociology from the
University of Florida, and his M.A. in Political Science-International
Relations from the University of California at Los Angeles. After
teaching at the University of South Carolina, Dennis joined Hughes
Aircraft Company to develop and implement HR training and development
programs.
Bruce MacDonald, SPHR
Senior Project Consultant - Bruce brings 20 + years experience in
Human Resources management with major corporations including Molson's of
Canada and Quebecor World, the world's largest commercial printing
company. Bruce works very closely with client Human Resources' staffs
and management on large CMR transition projects nationwide to ensure
high quality, sensitive and rapid delivery of services in one week, one
month or one year projects involving tens or hundreds of employees in
non-union and union production environment. Bruce has been instrumental
over the years in providing outplacement and transition consulting to
CMR clients in almost all-50 states, and in a variety of industries.
