Co-Managed Individual System™
Supervisory and Manager Level Employees -- A customizable “cafeteria plan” program designed for a broad range of management professionals, this unique, proprietary program is based on close individual/consultant collaboration. They work in partnership to select those services most beneficial to the participant’s needs.
Professional/Technical Career Transition Program
Exempt Employees -- This program begins with a comprehensive Career Transition Workshop that covers the information needed to assess career options, develop a self-marketing plan, write a resume based on significant accomplishments, effectively research the job market, network, interview, and negotiate the future position. Focus is placed on discovering transferable skills through extensive self-assessment. Methods are taught for determining areas where these skills are most marketable.
Non-Exempt/Hourly Career Transition Program
Designed for the hourly or non-exempt worker, this program provides the basic skills and support necessary for a successful job search within the same career field.
