How we may use your information.

How we disclose your information.
We may disclose your information to individuals and companies that provide services to us or the site, including BTM, for their provisions of those services. We require these subcontractors to also comply with the provisions in this policy concerning the use, disclosure and protection of your information.
We may disclose your information to law enforcement or pursuant to other legal requests, such as with respect to litigation, data security breaches or national security concerns. We may disclose your information in the event we believe it is necessary to protect that information from misuse, protect the site from misuse, prevent a data security breach, protect an individual or group from harm or similar reasons designed to protect you, the site or others.
We may disclose your information to third parties doing or entering into discussions to do, a business transaction with or concerning the site, including the acquisition of all or a part of the site or its functionality or entering into other business arrangements. We will require these third parties to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement that limits their use or disclosure of your information to purposes necessary for the transaction at issue and consistent with this policy.
How we protect your information.
Where applicable, we undertake website security steps to protect data transmissions. However, there is no guarantee that such data transmissions cannot be accessed, altered or deleted due to firewall or other security software failures.
BTM abides by the policies herein and does not authorize access to the information except as required by development to modify online features, tools and content.
How you may access your information.
You may request and receive a copy of your information, if any, that we have in our active databases. You must authenticate who you are when you make that request. You may make the request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Requesting a Copy” in the subject line. We may contact you to ask additional questions or to authenticate you. We may have copies of your information in back-up files, inactive files, or in aggregated (unidentifiable) format in our data analyses that we will not provide in response to your request.
Changes to this Policy
We may edit or modify this policy from time to time. If the changes do not materially expand the ways in which we use or disclose your information, we will simply post the revised policy (with a revision date at the bottom) on the site. You should review the policy from time to time to stay informed of its content.
If we make changes to this policy that materially expand the way we use or disclose your information, we will not use or disclose your information in those new, more expansive ways until we notify you and you opt-in to the changes.
Children and adolescents under 13
Children and adolescents under the age of 13 should not post or provide any Contributed Data. We do not collect Contributed Data from anyone we know or believe is under the age of 13. If someone under the age of 13 uses the site without submitting any information, we may unknowingly collect Use Data as a matter of course, but we will not use it to identify the individual or use it to analyze preferences or to select content or messaging to send to the individual’s web browser.
Please consider carefully what information you post in a public portion of this site. Please remember that anyone who accesses the site may be able to read that information and use and disclose it to others, that it is not private and that it is not subject to the protections afforded by this policy.
Please do not send us or submit or post any information that is sensitive, such as social security numbers, information about your health or the health of others, financial information or genetic information. We do not have processes in place to handle or adequately protect that sensitive information. If we become aware that you have submitted or posted information we consider sensitive, we will delete it to the extent we are reasonably able, but we make no representations or promises with respect to that deletion.

Deleting your information

OI Partners does not collect any financial information or payments on this site.
If OI Partners Inc. and substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that OI Partners Inc. goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of OI Partners Inc. may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
As part of enforcing these policies, administrators empowered by OI Partners may take action in response to violation of our policies.
These actions may include:
− Direct contact to investigate an incident
− Removal of content previously posted
− Removal from a mailing or discussion list
− Removal of permissions on the site as they relate to posting, commenting, receiving
− or sending messages and any other feature as applicable.
Should an action be required and you wish to dispute that action, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “DISPUTE” appearing in the subject line. When this happens, the Marketing Division of OI Partners will review the issue and make a determination. Should you wish to refute the determination, you can process an appeal in like manner (replacing the word “DISPUTE” with “APPEAL”) to the Board of Directors who will issue a final decision.
